Privacy & Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

KR Info Solutions is a network infrastructure integrator based in Chennai, supplying and installing wireless, fibre optic and structured cabling solutions. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and what control you have over it. By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

We only ask for information when you choose to contact us. That happens in three places on this site:

  • Enquiry form (Contact us): your name, contact number, email address, the service you are interested in and any message you write.
  • Application form (Career Information): your first and last name, telephone number, email address, the job role you are applying for and the CV or resume file you upload.
  • Direct contact: anything you tell us when you call our office numbers, email our sales or info addresses, or message us through the WhatsApp button on this site.

If you request a presales survey or a site visit, we will also collect the site address and technical details needed to plan the work, such as building layout, existing network equipment and coverage requirements.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs. These may record your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visited and the date and time of the visit. We use these logs for security and to understand which pages are useful — they are not used to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect

This website does not take payments, so we never ask for and never store card numbers, bank details or UPI credentials here. We do not run advertising or analytics tracking scripts on this site, and we do not buy contact lists.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use what you give us only to do the job you contacted us about:

  • To reply to your enquiry and answer technical questions.
  • To prepare quotations, bills of material, network designs and presales survey reports.
  • To arrange site visits, installation, commissioning and AMC or post-sales support.
  • To assess job applications, contact shortlisted candidates and arrange interviews.
  • To process warranty claims and RMA requests with the relevant manufacturer on your behalf.
  • To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations in India.

We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing. If we ever want to send you product or offer updates, we will ask you first, and every such message will include a way to opt out.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to deliver what you asked for, and only to the extent required:

  • Our own team: the sales, technical and support staff handling your enquiry or project.
  • Manufacturers and distributors: where a quotation, warranty registration, RMA or technical escalation requires it — for example the OEMs whose products we supply.
  • Logistics partners: your delivery address and contact number, where hardware has to be shipped to you.
  • Service providers: our email and web hosting providers, who process data on our instructions.
  • Legal authorities: where we are required to disclose information by law, court order or a lawful government request.

4. Third-Party Services on This Website

Some parts of this site load content from other companies. When that content loads, those companies may receive your IP address and basic device information under their own privacy policies, not ours:

  • Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the site are served by Google.
  • Google Maps — the embedded map showing our office location on the Contact us page.
  • YouTube — embedded video on the About us page.
  • WhatsApp — the chat button opens a conversation with our business number; the conversation itself is handled by WhatsApp.

This site also links out to manufacturer websites and product datasheets. Those sites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.

5. Cookies

This website does not set advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies of its own. Cookies or similar storage may still be set by the embedded third-party services listed above when you interact with them. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not stop you from browsing this site or sending us an enquiry, though an embedded map or video may stop working.

6. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Enquiries and job applications submitted through this website are delivered to our official company mailboxes by email. This website does not keep a public database of enquiries, and submitted details are not published anywhere on the site.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the information we hold, and access is limited to staff who need it for their work. That said, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending passwords, network credentials or other highly sensitive details through the website forms — we will never ask you for them there.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our contractual, warranty, accounting and legal obligations. Resumes from applicants who are not selected are kept for a reasonable period so that we can consider them for future openings. If you would like your details or your resume removed sooner, write to us and we will delete them, unless we are required to retain them by law.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal information about you we hold.
  • Correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
  • Delete information we no longer need for the purpose you gave it.
  • Withdraw a consent you previously gave, including consent to be contacted.
  • Raise a grievance about how your information has been handled.

Write to us using the details at the end of this page. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children's Privacy

This website and our services are intended for businesses and for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our website or the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Please review this page occasionally so that you know where you stand.
